	I don't think this is the place for planning events - that would should happen in the community that is doing the event. I also don't think making an article for the location would be the right way to handle reporting the event. Instead, I think if meetups happen that are notable, the appropriate place would be on an article about the entity doing the meeting; so in this case, lainchan.
