Chikada Wasei (近田 和生) is a club DJ, radio personality, and actor from Okinawa, Japan. He performed several songs for the soundtrack of SEL, and voice acted the part of JJ in the anime. He has lent his voice to several anime, including NieA_7, Boogiepop Phantom, and Devilman Lady, but his roles seem to be mostly bit parts.
In the credits of the English release of Serial Experiments Lain by Funimation, his name is incorrectly romanized as "Kazuo Chikada."
