A minor character in Layer 04 who screams curse words and protestations as he is pursued by a young girl through his high-rise apartment building at night.

In the scene that follows, Alice, Juri, and Reika are having a conversation at school about a recent rash of suicides among high school students. They mention one student in particular who had jumped off the roof his apartment building. When they try to tell Lain about the news, she responds that she has already heard about it, on the Wired.

Later that day in Shibuya, in response to Alice's questions, Lain further expounds that all the dead students had been hooked on some kind of game.
