−	Nakamura Ryuutarou was the director of ''Serial Experiments Lain''. Among other things, he also directed ''Kino no Tabi: The Beautiful World'' and ''Shinreigari: Ghost Hound'' (also with Chiaki Konaka). He contracted pancreatic cancer and passed away in June 29, 2013.
