+A lonely [[Lain]] decides to modify her toy dog, [[Bike-chan]], to be able to bark. She cuts off its collar and inserts various electrical components that she programs on her [[NAVI]].

+However, Bike-chan explodes, and [[God]] ([[Eiri]]) appears before her to give her a replacement for Bike-chan and they discuss the validity of Lain's [[memories]]. Lain wakes up and thinks it was all a dream when she sees Bike-chan unharmed, collar and all. However, she sees the collar that she had cut off lying on the floor.
