A minor character in Layer 06 who talks to Lain Iwakura when she is looking up information on KIDS. He can be considered a stereotypical netizen who associates with the famous people in the Wired (e.g. Lain) to further his own reputation among other users. Lain finds him annoying.
He takes the form of a toothy, grinning mouth because of his inability to metaphorize completely, commenting that Lain is incredibly powerful to be able to manifest herself entirely in the Wired.
