''Chibi Chibi Lain: The Empire Strikes Back'' (ちびちびレイン　帝国の逆襲）is a series of six humorous 4-panel comic strips by [[Yoshitoshi ABe]]. They feature a chibified Lain in ridiculous situations, generally acting cute and/or vulnerable and often weeping excessively. They appeared in the original Restore booklets packaged with Geneon Universal's 2010 Japanese release of Serial Experiments Lain Blu-ray BOX|RESTORE. Funimation's 2012 Limited-Edition BD+DVD release came with an English-translated version of the Restore booklet that did not include the comics.

There are two other full-page color comics that appeared in the original Restore booklet. The first is 8 panels long, the second is 20 panels.
