Omnipresence in Wired is the Serial Experiments Lain artbook that was released only in Japan in 1999. A modified version, ab# rebuild, was released in 2002 in both Japan and the United States.
It contains, among other things, illustrations by Yoshitoshi Abe that were originally published in 1998 issues of MediaWorks' Dengeki Playstation and Sony Magazines' monthly AX (エーエックス, not to be confused with bi-monthly alternative manga anthology アックス). The manga The Nightmare of Fabrication is included.
